Ginette Audet
“Dawn in the Rockies – Quiet Beauty” is Ginette’s première effort as an Artist. Growing up in
Sherbrooke, Québec, surrounded by the beauty of that province, has given her a special appreciation
of the majestic beauty of the Canadian west, where she moved in 1983. She has always enjoyed fast-
sketching and drawing “for the fun of it”, but did not pick up a paintbrush until 1996. Two of her
sisters in Québec inspired her earlier by taking art classes, and creating some lovely paintings. So
with the encouragement of another artist, “Dawn in the Rockies” unfolded as a beautiful dream. The
quiet mist and moon “dancing” in the early morning air of the Canadian Rockies, is a wonderful
testimony to the real Great Artist (God) who really “designed” this breathtaking scene! She hopes
that you are as blessed in seeing it as she is in sharing it with you!!
